Special thoughts:

The 3 Little Pigs is flawed: The first 2 built houses using found materials unsuitable for housing construction. Pig 3 built a house using bricks. He also would need other materials, expensive specialized tools, permits, surveying, sub-contractors, c/o's, etc. A real high-dollar deal. Is this realistic?
